In a response to a notice sent out by the International Dark Sky Association about DC’s Department of Transportation’s request for new streetlighting that would be actually brighter than standards and thus affect wildlife and humans alike, we did a poll of GNDC members to see whether we should officially send comments to DC City Council. And the member response was Yes!
