Get Involved w/ Green Neighbors

  • A great way to get involved in Green Neighbors is to attend one of our now virtual planning meetings (we do need more folks!). The meetings are generally the third Sunday of every month at 6 pm. We also run events that are open to all. Check the front page and the Events page for announcements.
  • Have some tips on being green in the neighborhood?  Proud of a green accomplishment?  Even if you can’t join us at the meetings, you can submit your tips/idea/idea for an article using the contact form on the Contact Us page.
  • Also Tweet with us and join our FB group for announcements, discussions!

Donate

Green Neighbors of DC is an unincorporated association. We are registered with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a “Community or Volunteer Group”, which indicates that we are not incorporated “engaged in an activity for profit”. However, donations to Green Neighbors of DC are not tax-deductible at this time.

We will have online donation capabilities on this page sometime soonish. In the meantime, you can email the group leader(s) at greenneighborsdc@gmail.com to learn more and arrange a donation.
