Green Neighbors DC will be having a booth at the DC State Fair, on the Saint Elizabeth campus in Anacostia this Sunday! 10 am to 5 pm. There will be 8000 – 10000 attendees!! Yowzer.

Where: Gateway DC at Saint Elizabeth’s East (Google map to entrance), and our spot is D1, as shown here: MAP

When: 10 am to 5 pm

And what wonderful things will we be displaying? Composting, rain garden and green roof plants and information, pamphlets and factsheets, kids drawing and connect-the-dots, and pin the flower on the tree! Even better, a selection of tools that the DC tool library checks out! Anything else we can think of.

Bring water, bring friends, bring family. And come visit us!

P.S. we can also use some volunteers, and more kids activities.
