Hey all, we’re now full swing into a very warm spring (minus today). Watch out this weekend. Despite it being February.
Help us address climate change and other environmental issues here in Washington DC neighborhoods by helping bring information, resources, and actions directly to neighbors.
This year, we’re going to focus on growing GNDC by 1) determining issues through connecting with folks through list-serves and door-knocking, and 2) by holding speaker events.
Join us in planning our first speaker and film events for 2020, and our immediate marketing and membership growth strategy.
We’ll meet at Homestead Restaurant, 6 pm – 7:30 pm: 3911 Georgia Ave NW, Washington, DC 20011. Thanks!

Just fyi all, that the times on the original post about the GNDC planning meeting this Sunday were wrong. (Although I’m not sure everyone got the first post anyway.) Our meetings are only an hour and a half, so meeting times are originally 6:00 – 7:30 pm. But excited to be revving up for a great 2020!
Also, we are looking for ideas for a meeting place, as the library is closed on Sunday evenings, and I am renovating my house at the moment! Petworth Citizen is also closed for renovations. So ideas welcome! And hope you can make it!
